The Fiber
Baby alpaca: nature's luxury
Baby alpaca doesn't come from baby animals — it refers to the finest, softest fibers from the first shearing or the belly area. With a fiber diameter of just 21–23 microns, it's softer than cashmere and lighter than silk.
Each scarf contains approximately 200 grams of pure baby alpaca fiber, making it feather-light yet remarkably insulating. No synthetic blends, no shortcuts.

Meet the ArtisansCare Guide
Caring for your scarf
With proper care, your alpaca scarf will last for decades — getting softer with every wear.
Hand Wash
Use cold water with mild detergent. Gently squeeze — never wring.
Lay Flat to Dry
Reshape while damp and lay flat on a clean towel away from direct sunlight.
No Heat
Never use a dryer, iron, or expose to direct heat. Alpaca fibers are delicate.
Store Folded
Fold neatly and store with cedar or lavender to keep moths away naturally.
